 We’ll immerse ourselves in a calming crystalline meditation guided by the soothing energy of your very own citrine, and one of Lorna's very own 'mini-manifest' Yoga Nidra practices, designed to help you manifest abundance, confidence and invite positive energies.

We'll then fan the flames of our inner fire as we move through an energising all-levels summer vibe free-flow movement sessions led by the wonderful Emily. Weather allowing (come on July sun!) we'll reconnect with nature during a revitalising breathwork session in our stunning outdoor surroundings.

After strengthening the body and soothing the soul, we'll savour a delicious and nutritious vegan lunch that will nourish us inside out.

Finally, we'll experience deep, transcendent relaxation and sink into peaceful bliss during a soul soothing Yoga Nidra, followed by an immersive and powerful Soundbath journey with Crystalline and Himalayan bowls. Let the healing vibrations of Angelic Reiki, Singing Bowls, combined with Emily's hypnotic rhythmic drumming wash over you, leaving you feeling balanced, restored and radiant.
