We will celebrate ourselves in this New Year. If we want to see change in our lives, we cannot keep repeating the same. An opportunity to sit as we meet in the space to meditate and look at what is no longer is serving us, to create space within, to absorb the new intentions fully. To fuel the Prana behind the intention with a Himalayan ancient kundalini breath practice which will shift any stagnant energy and create the space to move into the intention of fullness. Strengthening the nervous system is paramount so we can collaborate with the universe co creating and realising our dreams. We will then soften into a grounding Yin session to integrate the new Prana into the physical body. After hot tea and light snack, we settle in to join Christian, The Sound Therapy alchemist. Sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum, Native Flutes and Hand Pan will take you into a place of peace and calm, leaving you in a state of balance and harmony for the weekend and the weeks ahead.
