We'll practise movement, relaxation, meditation & breath work designed specifically to help you fight the festive frazzle.
Sarah will be providing advice on how to stay fit and healthy as we transition into the cooler seasons. You'll be served a nutritious lunch, enjoy tasty treats and plenty of refreshments through the day.
Suitable for everyone regardless of your experience with yoga, Well House is a custom built studio fully stocked with mats & props, gazing out onto the stunning North Yorkshire countryside. We'll enjoy time in the studio & out in the garden, soaking in the green & calm.
