Join Vicky Jennings Yoga on for a Winter Day Retreat.
We will start the day with a Hatha Yoga Flow, pranayam and meditation. A vegan/vegetarian lunch will be included.
After a break for lunch there will be an option for a short grounding mindful walk connecting to nature (weather dependent). Followed by a Mandala inspired yoga flow. We will finish the day settling into stillness with a Yin yoga practice and shavasana.
