Join nutritional therapist Sarah & yoga teacher Sally for a revitalising day practising movement, relaxation, meditation & breath work designed specifically for the summer months.
Sarah will be providing advice on how to stay fit and healthy as we transition into the cooler seasons. You'll be served a nutritious lunch, enjoy tasty treats and plenty of refreshments through the day.
Suitable for everyone regardless of your experience with yoga, Well House is a custom built studio fully stocked with mats & props, gazing out onto the stunning North Yorkshire countryside. We'll enjoy time in the studio & out in the garden, soaking in the green & calm.
