Asana and Connective Tissue: Part II

This is another chance to gain a  detailed understanding of fascial anatomy and comprehend the profound effect this has on asanas and movement. Gary will look at the relationship of the breath to the fascia and introduce a totally new way of looking at our anatomy, how to free the joints and demonstrate a deeper sense of lightness in our body.

This follows on from the Part I Gary did with us in April 2023, but it isn't necessary to have attended Part 1 to sign up for Part II.
