1- 2 hours intense breath work in held safe space
Creative colouring and writing to express your experience
Lunch
Discussion: opportunity if individuals wish to share their experience with others to sit in circle of shared experience and support one another. The rules are what is talked about stays within the circle
Further body work leading to yoga nidra

Sarah O’Connor is a Senior Yoga teacher and Director of Mindflowyoga Training School. Her expertise comes from over 25 years of experience in the fields of yoga and energy body practices. Her influences are Ancient Tibetan and yoga lineages, interwoven with the modern understanding of physical and mental energy.
